RAJDHANI SWEETS & RESTAURANTS – BHAI – BEHEN & BLESSINGS GIVEAWAY 2026
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. GENERAL: The Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants’ Bhai – Behen & Blessings Giveaway 2026 (the “Contest”) is sponsored and operated by 2658477 Ontario Inc. (“Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants”). No purchase is necessary for the no-purchase entry method (as set out below). By entering the contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Official Contest Rules (the “Rules“), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To participate in the Contest, the entrant must: (i) be a legal resident of the Province of Ontario, Canada or a legal resident of the Province of Alberta, Canada; (ii) be a natural personal (i.e. not a corporate entity); (iii) have reached the legal age of majority in Ontario; and (iv) have complied with the Rules. Employees, officers, directors, agents, mandataries, and representatives of Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants, and their respective affiliates and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and any winner selection jury member(s) (collectively the “Contest Parties”), and immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children, partners, and spouses, regardless of where they may reside) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related), of each of the above are not eligible to enter or to win.

3. CONTEST PERIOD: The entry period for the Contest begins on August 12th, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST and ends on August 30th, 2026, at 10:00 PM EST (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside this time frame will not be accepted. The Winners (defined below) will be chosen on August 31st 2026, at or about [5:00 PM EST] (the “Draw Date”). 

4. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is required to participate in the Contest. 

To enter the Contest, entrants must scan the QR code located on “Store’s Menu Board Screen or Instore Pull Up Banners” and fill out the online entry form including by providing their first and last name, an active and unique email address, phone number, receipt number and receipt picture. This method of entry will only be available to entrants who purchase any item from a Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants location (the “Entry Form Entry”). LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY FORM ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE CONTEST PERIOD.

Alternatively, individuals (whether customers of Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants or not) who wish to participate in the Contest may send a letter of 50 words outlining what Rakhi means to them addressed to “Bhai – Behen & Blessings – Giveaway 2026, 951 Verbena Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5T 1T5, Attention: Marketing Department” (the “Essay Entry”). Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants reserves the right to disqualify any Essay Entry in its sole and absolute discretion, without liability to Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants or any Contest Party, should such entry contain inappropriate content, fail to comply with these Rules, or for any other reason. All letters, and any content therein, shall become the sole property of Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants upon submission. LIMIT ONE (1) ESSAY ENTRY PER PERSON DURING THE CONTEST PERIOD. 

Making a purchase from Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants or any other Contest Parties will not increase or otherwise affect your odds of winning. Entrants may be invited to consent to receive promotional and other informational emails from Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants. Providing consent to receive such e-mails is not a requirement to participate in the Contest. Entrants are solely responsible for all costs associated with accessing the Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants website and/or Contest and associated with entering the Contest. Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants website or the Contest’s entry forms. 

By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Rules. Entries that are late, lost, incomprehensible, misdirected, offensive, contain an erroneous phone and/or email address or that do not otherwise conform to the Rules may be disqualified from the Contest by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants in its sole discretion. The Contest Parties are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any lost, late, misdirected, offensive, damaged, incomplete, invalid or illegible entries (all of which entries are void). Proof of an entrant’s submission does not constitute proof of receipt of the entry by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants. 

5. PRIZES: Fifteen (15) potential random draw winners will be selected in total (each, a “Winner”) on the Draw Date.

There will be Fifteen (15) prizes:

(1) Emmo Electric Scooter, approximate retail value of: CAD $2,500.

(3) Dyson Airwarp Id (Straight + Waivy), approximate retail value of: CAD $900.

(4) Playstation 5 Digital Edition, approximate retail value of: CAD $850.

(5) Meta Quest 3S 128GB VR, approximate retail value of: CAD $550.

(6) Nintendo Switch Console, approximate retail value of: CAD $500.

(7) DJI Lito 1, approximate retail value of: CAD $500.

(8) Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1) AI GLASSES, approximate retail value of: CAD $350.

(9) Valentino Uomo Born in Roma Fragrance, approximate retail value of: CAD $200.

(10) Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio, approximate retail value of: CAD $200.

(11) Rajdhani Gift Hampers – QTY – 5, approximate retail value of: CAD $70.

Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees that entrants will receive their preferred prize if they are selected as a Winner. 

The prizes will be distributed within fourteen (14) days after each Winner has been successfully notified of his/her prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, substitutable, refundable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants in its sole and absolute discretion). Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any prize or a component thereof, without notice to any entrant or Winner, with a prize of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, a cash award. None of Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants, Emmo Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, Dyson Limited, Meta Platforms, Inc., Nintendo Co., Ltd., SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd., Luxottica Group S.p.A., Valentino Clemente Ludovico Garavani, Giorgio Armani, Francisco Miguel Lindor Serrano and their related companies or affiliates, or any other Contest Party makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of any prize awarded in connection with the Contest. Any costs or expenses (including taxes, duties, or fees on or associated with any prize) incurred by a Winner in claiming or using any prize will be the sole responsibility of that Winner. The prizes do not include any ancillary services offered in connection with: Emmo Electric Scooter, Dyson Airwarp Id (Straight + Waivy), Playstation 5 Digital Edition, Meta Quest 3S 128GB VR, Nintendo Switch Console, DJI Lito 1, Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1) AI GLASSES, Valentino Uomo Born in Roma Fragrance, Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio, Rajdhani Gift Hampers by Emmo Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, Dyson Limited, Meta Platforms, Inc., Nintendo Co., Ltd., SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd., Luxottica Group S.p.A., Valentino Clemente Ludovico Garavani, Giorgio Armani, Francisco Miguel Lindor Serrano and their related companies or affiliates.

6. CHANCES OF WINNING: The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the total number of eligible entries received by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants. The Contest does not allocate a certain number of prizes to any particular jurisdiction or province or territory. 

7. WINNER SELECTION: The potential winners will be selected on the Draw Date. The Winners will be selected from all eligible and valid entries received during the Contest Period via a random draw for each available prize. An entrant can only be eligible to win one (1) Prize. In the event that an Entrant’s name and/or entry is drawn a second time, they will not receive a second Prize and a redraw may take place. Each entrant selected as a Winner will be notified by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants that they have been elected as a Winner following the draw on the Draw Date via e-mail or phone (each a “Notification Email”), and each selected entrant must respond to said Notification Email within two (2) calendar days of notification. 

If  the selected Winner does not clearly respond to the Notification Email within the two (2) day period, fails to comply with any of the requirements of these Rules, or otherwise fails to comply with other rules of terms expressed by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants, he or she will be disqualified and will not receive the prize and another entrant may, at the sole discretion of Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants, be selected, provided however that there is no guarantee that all prizes will be awarded. 

Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants shall not be liable for any failure of the Winner to receive the Notification E-Mail or any other correspondence from Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants, regardless of whether such failure was caused by the entrant, any third-party service provider, any Contest Party, or Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants and its employees. Before being declared a Winner, the selected entrant will be required to: (i) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered during a pre-arranged telephone call or by e-mail, (ii) to have complied at all times with the Rules, and (iii) to sign and return the form of Winner’s Acknowledgement and Release supplied by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants with the Notification E-Mail.

All Winners are responsible for picking up their price. For Winners who are a legal resident of the Province of Ontario, Canada, Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants will arrange for the Winner to pick-up their prize at its offices located at 951 Verbena Road, Mississauga, Ontario  L5T 1T5. For Winners who are a legal resident of the Province of Alberta, Canada, Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants will arrange for the Winner to pick-up their prize at 4150 109 Ave NE Unit No. 4125, Calgary, AB T3N 2B3 or at another pickup location in Calgary, AB, in Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants sole discretion. Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants will not ship any prize to any Winner. 

8. IDENTITY OF ENTRANT: Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity, age and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants) for the purposes of verifying the entrant’s eligibility, the legitimacy of any entry, and/or prize claim, or for any other reason Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering the Contest in accordance with the Rules and/or awarding the prize. 

9. PUBLICITY & ENTRANT INFORMATION: By participating in the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, address, email address, postal code, telephone number, social media handle(s), comments and image, whether on videotape, photograph or any other means for the administration of the Contest and any publicity carried out by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants, including via any “Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants” social media accounts, without further notice or compensation. In addition, by participating in the Contest, entrants consent to receiving commercial electronic messages, including via email and/or text message, from Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants about further or additional promotions.

Any and all information provided in this contest provided to Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants not Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Tik Tok.

10. PRIVACY: By entering the Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Contest Parties storing, sharing and using all personal information submitted by the entrant with his/her entry for the purposes of administering the Contest, selecting the Winners, and awarding each prize. Personal information will not otherwise be collected, used or disclosed without express consent. The Contest and the collection of personal information associated therewith will be subject to Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants’ privacy practices. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to (i) confirm compliance with the Rules, (ii) accept all prizes as awarded, and (iii) to release, discharge,  and hold harmless Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants, Emmo Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, Dyson Limited, Meta Platforms, Inc., Nintendo Co., Ltd., SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd., Luxottica Group S.p.A., Valentino Clemente Ludovico Garavani, Giorgio Armani, Francisco Miguel Lindor Serrano, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, xAI, and Tik Tok, and their respective departments and agencies, parent(s), related and affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, counsel, marketing partners, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, subsidiaries, agents, mandataries, artists, advisors, assignees, and all others associated with the administration, development and execution of the Contest, including all Contest Parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all manner of action, cause of action, claim or demand, liability, obligation, loss or injury, use or misuse of a prize or any travel related thereto, and any suit, debt, covenant, contract, including legal fees and expenses (and judicial and extra judicial fees and disbursements), whatsoever, including but not limited to, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach, failure of any third-party contractor or supplier used in connection with any aspect of the Contest to perform or deliver any goods or services, any act of God or any other event beyond the Released Parties’ control, any dissatisfaction of any kind by an entrant or a Winner with any aspect of the Contest or any prize, the use of entrant entries, names, and likenesses by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants, liability for physical injury, death, or property damage which the entrants, Winners, or guests, or their heirs, successors, legatees, or assigns have, might have or could have suffered, by reason of or arising out of the entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or use by the entrant of prizes as awarded; and (iv) indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties against any loss, damage or expense, including legal fees and expenses (and judicial and extra judicial fees and disbursements) whatsoever, that any of the Released Parties may suffer or incur as a result of any non-compliance by entrants with any of the Rules or participation in the Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or use by an entrant of a prize, and the use of entries and any names and likenesses by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants. 

Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants is not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry information that may affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest or be awarded a prize, including but not limited to human error, technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries for any reason, mail failures, omission, or any combination thereof, and entries that fail to fully comply with these Rules; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in telecommunications lines or network hardware or software; (iii) lost, incomplete, delayed, mutilated or misdirected entries; (iv) injury or damage to entrants’ computers or to any other computer related to or resulting from participating in, or downloading any material regarding the Contest or accepting a prize; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, including any related travel; (vi) the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third-party computer hackers or otherwise; or (vii) late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential winner.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA: Although the Contest may be accessed through Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants’ Facebook page, X profile, Instagram and/or TikTok post(s), and other social media platforms, the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, xAI, Tik Tok, or any other social media platform. By entering, each participant in the Contest agrees to fully release Facebook, xAI, Instagram, and Tik Tok from any and all liability associated with the Contest.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, images, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants, Dyson Limited, Sony Interactive Entertainment, or their affiliates, as applicable. All rights reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any of the aforementioned parties’ intellectual property without their express written consent is strictly prohibited

15. DISQUALIFICATION & WAIVER: Mass entries, automated entries submitted by third parties, and any entries or prize claims that are late, fraudulent, offensive or fail to comply with the Rules will be null and void. Subject to applicable law, all decisions of Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final and binding on all entrants without any right of appeal. Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants’ failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

16. CHANGES TO CONTEST or RULES: Subject to applicable law, Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw, or amend the Contest or Rules in any way and for any reason, without prior notice or obligations. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned for any reason, Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants reserves the right to cancel the Contest and conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries received by the Draw Date. Any change to the Rules will be posted on this webpage. 

17. GOVERNING LAW: The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws, by-laws, and regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, Rajdhani Sweets & Restaurants or any of the other Released Parties in connection with the Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by the courts sitting in Toronto, Ontario. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

SPONSOR(S): The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Emmo Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC, Dyson Limited, Meta Platforms, Inc., Nintendo Co., Ltd., SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd., Luxottica Group S.p.A., Valentino Clemente Ludovico Garavani, Giorgio Armani, Francisco Miguel Lindor Serrano and related companies or affiliates, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, xAI, or Tik Tok.
